Corunna Fire Station 1999

Corunna Fire and Rescue is located south of Sarnia, Ontario, along the St. Clair River. We are one of six stations that make up St. Clair Township Fire Department. Our station has 30 volunteer members and is directed by a full-time township chief and 2 deputy chiefs. To read a short essay on "The History of the Corunna Fire Department: by Sean Brooks" click here. Sean is the son of one of our past volunteers and wrote this essay as a school project. Thanks Sean for letting us use your essay on our wed site.

January 1, 2001: Moore and Sombra Townships amalgamate to form St. Clair Township.
